We will offer a full refund within 14 days of having received your order provided it meets our requirements. Due to health and safety concerns we cannot accept any returns that have been opened.

Upon receiving your return, you will be refunded within 14 days. If you provide your shipping receipt we will include the costof shipping (up to £5) in your overall refund. Please note that your payment method might affect this timeframe.
