FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free shipping on any orders over £25.00 as well as orders within the following Kent postcodes:

TN16, TN15, TN14, TN13

UK SHIPPING 

Both of our UK shipping options are fulfilled by Royal Mail. 

We offer the choice of Tracked 48 hour or Tracked 24 hour depending on your preference. 

We will share your details with Royal Mail to ensure you are notified of your delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that delivery times and pricing may vary. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY 

We strive to make our coffee meet the same consistently high quality that you expect from us. However, should we not meet those standards, we are happy to assist you.

Please see our complaints page to register any problems you have encountered with our products.

RETURNS 

Due to health and safety concerns we cannot accept any returns that have been opened unless they have arrived damaged or the coffee is defected.

If you have received a damaged product, reach out to us and we will exchange it with a replacement, which you will receive upon receipt of your returned damaged item(s).

We will notify you of receipt and replacement shipment.

 REFUNDS 

If you have received a defected coffee, we are happy to offer a refund as well as a replacement of your order. Your satisfaction as our customer is what matters most to us.

If you have received a defected coffee, please help us out by filling in the complaints form within 28 days of having received your order:

Upon receipt of your form, we will reach out to you to discuss refund and return options. 

If you provide your shipping receipt we will include the cost of shipping (up to £5) in your overall refund. Please note that your payment method might affect this timeframe.
