A medium roast Yunnan specialty coffee bursting with bright, tantalising cherry paired with smooth hazelnut and a warming, toasty caramel finish.

Our Jizu Roast is the perfect afternoon cup of coffee, not too dark, not too light, but just the right strength to give you that much needed pick-me-up.

Enjoyed as a well-rounded filter brew or an intensely rich espresso, this medium roast encompasses the palate with a sweet burst of cherry before melting into delightful hints of hazelnut. A marzipan-caramel finish leaves a lasting and satisfying echo that will leave you feeling bright and ready for any task ahead.

Mount Jizu (鸡足山) is a sacred place in ancient Buddhism. Though the first temples date back to the Tang Dynasty, Mount Jizu remains a place of pilgrimage and ceremony rich with sights, colours, sounds and aromas to nourish the senses.

This colour and vibrancy blooms within each and every cup of our Jizu Roast, boasting a myriad complex and exotic flavour notes that present ZhiXiang Estate’s Yunnan Purple Cherry at its finest.
